Not yet. Every document — the safety plan, JHAs, and toolbox talks — is generated in English only. Spanish output is on our roadmap but stays off until every safety-critical clause has a reviewed translation, so we never ship unreviewed safety content.

Project answers and generated documents are kept for 24 months after creation and then automatically purged. If a purchase is refunded, download access is removed right away, though records are retained internally for accounting purposes.

Emailing us also gets you a printable eight-talk pack with sign-in sheets. No. OSHA does not approve SiteSafetyDocs outputs. The drafts use auditable 29 CFR 1926 clause mappings and require employer review and adoption.

The employer's designated competent person must review the project facts, complete every marked field, correct deficiencies, and adopt the documents before use.
