Privacy Policy

SiteSafetyDocs stores account details, project answers, uploaded logos, payment references, and generated documents to provide the service. Project answers and generated artifacts are retained for 24 months, then scheduled for deletion, subject to legal, dispute, backup, and fraud-prevention needs.

Project data is included in encrypted portfolio backups. We do not sell personal information. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored here.

Account deletion anonymizes the user record while retaining purchased safety-document records for the stated retention and legal periods.
