Refund Policy

If a general contractor has documented template or format requirements, SiteSafetyDocs will provide up to two revision attempts within the included revision period. If our standard documents still cannot meet those documented requirements, the Project Pack purchase is eligible for a full refund.

Refunds revoke further downloads. Files are retained for accounting, dispute, and legal purposes.
